The Danish representative for Moscow was selected on January 31st, where 10 songs participated in the final. The winner, Niels Brinck was chosen through televoting and an "expert" jury. Denmark will be taking part in the 2nd semi-final once again this year and performing under position #9.
Niels Brinck is a popular singer and songwriter from Denmark who was born in 1975. Throughout this whole life, Niels has always had great admiration for music and has had his very first album reach the Top 10 in the Danish charts. Having moved to the Danish capital of Copenhagen, Niels has been working on developing his vocal skills.
Four songs made it through to the knockout stages with Niels Brinck being announced as the winner and beating off Hera Björk in the final round of voting. It was hard to call which song was going to get the Danish ticket, but after a nervous start, Niels gained the Danish trust in bringing back Eurovision glory!
The song is quite popular on many radio stations across Denmark at the moment and this entry is seen as a favourite to qualify for the final and possibly make the Top 10.
One former Eurovision star who made a return was Trine Jepsen (ESC 1999, Denmark).

DIARMUID'S THOUGHTS
This is quite a good entry and certainly does have a touch of Ronan Keating on it. It is a great song which is quite uplifting and something that will get you on the floor. One of the best Danish entries in recent years.
PREDICTION
This is walking to the final and pretty much guaranteed a Top 10 placing.
