The Dance Act Waldo's People will be representing Finland in the 2nd semi-final in Moscow with the song 'Lose Control' under position #15.
Waldo's People are considered to be one of the best dance pop acts in Finland at present and are aiming to conquer all of Europe! The members of the five piece band are Waldo (aka Marko Reijonen), Karoliina Kallio, Sami Lehto, Karl Sinkkonen and Kimmo Nissinen. Waldo has been in the music scence for the past decade in which he has achieved a total of 4 Gold Albums.
After a number of semi-finals and a second chance round, eight songs made it through to the Finnish National Final. Televoting was used to select the top three acts, which were shortlisted for the final round of voting. The three acts that made it through to the super final were Passionworks as well as Signmark Feat. Osmo Ikonen along with Waldo's People. In the end, it was Waldo's People who made it after winning the super final.
The Finnish entry for this year has received a lot of positive response and is seen as a definite qualifier for the final with an outside chance of winning.
Former Eurovision entrant Jari Sillanpää (ESC 2004, Finland) returned once again.

A great song from Finland which is very catchy and definitely get you on the dancefloor. Brave to Finland for sending something different other than rock and I feel that many fans will also agree. This is a song that is very capable of giving Finland their second Eurovision victory in a matter of three years.

This is walking to the final and should definitely in contention of winning the contest.
