Zoli Ádok will represent Hungary in the 2nd semi-final with the song 'Dance With Me' under position #11.

The Hungarian singer was born in the city of Szeged. Zoli's career has been quite successful so far where after finishing his studies on dance, Zoli started his career in 2000 with Le Dance Contemporary Dance Music Company. This allowed him to travel around the world as both a dancer and actor who performed in numerous musicals such as Fame and Cats in cities such as Basel.

This year's Hungarian internal selection was very controversal where two entries were given the ticket to Moscow before it was awarded to Zoli. The singer Mark Zentai was the original entrant for Hungary with the song 'If You Wanna Party.' However, it was later realised that the song had been played on the Swedish edition of Big Brother. Therefore, the song had to be disqualified. Katya Tompos was then given the green light to represent Hungary in the Eurovision with her song 'Magányos Ssónak.' However, the singer wished to withdraw from the contest. This allowed the third singer from the Hungarian internal selection to go to Moscow.

Hungary is seen as a rank outsider in qualifying for the Eurovision final, but not seen with a chance of winning the contest.

No former Eurovision participants had nominated themselves for this year's contest.

DIARMUID'S THOUGHTS

This is quite a good song from Hungary and is certainly different from the entries they have sent before to the Eurovision Song Contest. With a good stage performance, it is a song that could definitely surprise many and Zoli has got a lot of experience in performing before very large audiences in musicals etc.

PREDICTION

I think it has an outside chance of qualifying from a very tough semi-final.

OVERALL RATING 7/10
